Blood Type “O”: stop eating the following: Dairy; Wheat; Corn; Gluten; Peanut Butter; Brussel Sprouts; Cabbage; Mustard Greens; Cauliflower; Peanuts

Blood Type “B” stop eating the following: Chicken; Rye; Wheat; tomatoes; Olives; Corn; Peanut Butter and Peanuts

Blood Type “A” stop eating the following: Red Meat; Pork; Dairy; Tomatoes; Peppers of all kinds; go easy on Wheat and go easy on Multi Grain products

Blood Type “A/B” stop eating the following: No Chicken; go easy on Beef (2-3 times a week is fine) Pork; Corn; Rye; go easy on Wheat.
