Chestnuts:  Known to be great for weight loss;

Walnuts: Great for brain health, low in carbohydrates but high in calories;

Pecans:  High in Antioxidants, known to help lower inflammation, great for prostate health;

Cashew:  Good for bone health, lowering blood sugar, immune booster

Hazelnuts:  Known to lower cholesterol; has Vitamin E benefits

Pumpkin Seeds:  high in Zinc, good for prostate health and heart health

Cashews/Hazelnuts good for cooking
