Magnesium

Sources of Magnesium: Spinach: Raw Spinach has about 78 milligrams per cup, but one cup of cooked Spinach contains over 760 milligrams of Magnesium per cup. Spinach is twice the amount of magnesium than Kale or Collards.

Seeds: Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame, Chia, Hemp, Flax seeds are all great sources of Magnesium. Seeds are also very rich in anti-inflammatory fats and high in protein. Use them on salads, cereals, smoothies, yogurt, and they make great snacks too.

Almonds: highest source of Magnesium among all nuts, with cashews taking second place.

Bananas: Another great sources of Magnesium, as well as being a good source of Vitamin C; Potassium; fiber, Vitamin B-6 and Manganese.

Coffee: Your morning cup of java provides a very high source of liquid Magnesium. Espresso has the highest Magnesium content.

Cocoa and cacao: Dark chocolate and cocoa powder are also high in Magnesium. Having a small square of dark chocolate each day is beneficial.

Exposure to PFA’s and other toxins is way too common, with some serious consequences:

If you are suffering from Fatigue and Sleep Issues; Autoimmune Disease; Gut issues reading about PFA’s might be helpful to you and your family. How are we exposed to PFA’s? Drinking contaminated municipal water or even private well water. Eating fish caught from contaminated by PFA’s; Accidentally swallowing contaminated soil or dust; Eating food that is grown or raised near places that used or made PFA’s. Just take the time to review some products that may contain the PFA’s:

*Some grease-resistant paper, fast food containers/wrappers, microwave popcorn bags, pizza boxes, and candy wrappers.

*Stain resistant coatings used on carpets and carpet padding; Stain resistant coatings used on upholstery and other fabrics; water resistant clothing.

*Cleaning products

*Personal care products (shampoo; dental floss) and way too many cosmetics which include nail polish and eye makeup.

*Paints, varnishes and sealants

Some PFA’s have been linked to thyroid disease, decreasing fertility, pregnancy complications, low birth weight, decreased immune response and increased cholesterol.

STAYING HEALTHY TAKES WORK:

And you are certainly worth putting in the work to stay well. The lists below are meant to be helpful:

  1. Avoid white bread and white flour products;
  2. Avoid wheat-based products, especially high gluten and sugar products;
  3. Look for Sprouted grains; Sprouted breads; Sprouted crackers;
  4. Look for Brown Rice Pasta; Brown Rice Bread; Quinoa Pasta;
  5. Good Snack Ideas: almonds; cashews; pecans; pumpkin seeds; walnuts; sprouted tortillas; black olives; black beans; hummus; fresh fruits; fresh berries; organic apples; organic pickles; fresh organic veggies

Food Dyes

Food Dyes make food look more appealing, but they should be avoided at all costs. They don’t belong in your body. Yellow#5; Blue#1; Blue#2 increase the risk of tumors in the Brain. Candy is loaded with so many dyes, and they contribute to the following: Allergies; ADHD; Learning difficulties; Hyperactivity; Mood disorders; Cancer of the Bladder and Thyroid Disease, to just list a few serious health issues that food dyes are connected to.

They are trying to take your kids from you:

The actual efforts to control you starts from birth. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) which uses the changing and relabeling of our words to alter our perception of reality and then mold our precious children’s behaviors and beliefs. We see this from our college kids right now. The indoctrination is so clear if you listen to what they are saying. The so called Department of Education which was created back in 1979 has been working hard building up the so called “Common Core” also known as CRT. These behaviors and ideologies which are thought processes are actually obedience training and intentional conditioning that really starts in our preschools. Throughout the day these little precious minds are being pushed with such unreal propagandas, it is a whole mind control system. They have been molding our precious children for years. Parents are waking up to the nightmare planned for their children by paying attention during the COVID intentional crisis. Here are a few key things parents must do to protect their young children from the intentional indoctrination currently swallowing their children: HOMESCHOOL YOUR CHILDREN; SOME PARENTS ARE STARTING THEIR OWN SCHOOLS, EDUCATING FIVE OR SIX CHILDREN A DAY; GET YOUR CHILDREN OUT IN NATURE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE; ELIMINATE MINDLESS TV WATCHING AND CELL PHONE USE; BE A ROLE MODEL FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR GRANDCHILDREN.

CHINA PLAYED A BIG ROLE IN CREATING THE CLOT SHOTS FOR AMERICA:

You are not being told the truth. China does not use the same clot shot that is used in America. Pfizer clot shots were created in foreign countries, then shipped into America. The documents that the judge made available to Americans, that Pfizer tried to block for 75 years, has disclosed that Bio-intect along with Fosum (China) put the ingredients into the shots. Ask yourself the following: Why are 9,000 babies born to service women born with serious birth defects? Why are so many service-people that were forced to take the shots, now either dead or seriously injured for life? What would China gain from the damage to our citizens and our military? Why have so many pilots died from the clot shots? We still do not know all of the ingredients in these clot shots!! We know some of them, but not all of them. China was involved with 1 Billion vials that were used in America. Pretty clear why China is so hyped up to do this to Americans. Weaken our Military, destroy our prosperity. Why would anyone take a shot that comes from CHINA? Why would anyone take a shot that was not tested for 10 years? Why would anyone take a shot that is known to attack the heart and lungs? Why would anyone take a shot that is known to case Cancer and AIDS? Why would anyone believe anything out of our current illegitimate so called Administration that spends 24 hours a day destroying America!!! Wake up, save your family! Carrie’s healthy muffins:

Pre-Heat your oven to 400 degrees

In a big bowl:

1 full cup of old fashion oatmeal

¾ cup of Coconut Flour

¼ cup of either almond flour or my choice is Paleo flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 heaping tablespoons of Flaxseed with berries

¼ cup or more of organic raisins

1 full cup of vanilla almond milk

¼ cup of brown sugar

Dash of cinnamon

¼ cup of real butter (some people might use coconut oil)

Mix all of this together, then add one full egg, mix all together!!!!

Place in a cupcake tray, cook for 25 minutes, for best result, spray the tray with coconut oil, before adding the above healthy batter.

Enjoy, healthy, low calorie, great for breakfast and snacks.
